Our advanced 6kW fibre laser cutting system delivers fast, accurate and highly detailed cutting across a wide range of materials and applications.

CAD Capabilities
We use the latest SOLIDWORKS design software to develop detailed 3D models and production-ready designs for our fabrication projects.
SOLIDWORKS allows us to visualise and refine components and assemblies before manufacturing, helping ensure designs are accurate, practical and fit for purpose.
Combined with our AutoCAD capabilities and experienced fabrication team, we can take projects from concept and design through to laser cutting, bending, fabrication, welding and powder coating, all under one roof.
Precision Laser Cutting
Our 6kW fibre laser provides precision cutting across a wide range of material thicknesses, from 0.55mm through to 25mm, depending on the material.
The combination of advanced laser technology, speed and precision delivers clean, high-quality edges with minimal finishing required, ensuring excellent results across a wide range of components and applications.
This capability allows us to efficiently produce both fine, detailed components and heavier parts, with the accuracy, consistency and edge quality required for everything from one-off projects through to production runs.
Ability to cut a range of materials
We can cut mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet and plate (1.5m x 3m) with thickness up to:
- 10 mm (stainless steel)
- 12 mm (aluminium)
- 25mm (mild steel).
- Tube and pipe from 25 mm to 152 mm, both square and round, with a maximum cutting length of 6.2 metres.
